Berserk ( etymology can be fun )
The phrase: The berserker went amok. is responsible for this part of the post.

Georgia On My Mind has lyrics written by a New York City banker, Stuart Gorrell (who had a sister named Georgia). The music itself was composed by Hoagy Carmichael. Ray Charles sings the most famous and, in my humble opinion, the best version of this song in the 1960 Genius Hits The Road LP. My father had many of his albums and I grew up with that song, but I must have been less self-involved because Baby It's Cold Outside and Hit the Road Jack were, by far, my favourite songs. You can still hear me enthusiasticallybutchering singing both after all these years. Back to the point - it's been playing every commercial break since Ray started showing here and, it's really getting on my nerves. Too much of a good thing.
Trivia: During my Law School days my answering machine had the lines to the chorus of Georgia On My Mind and nothing else. Georgia, Georgia/The whole day through/Just an old sweet song/Keeps Georgia on my mind.
Note: I loathe Carnaval with a passion so fierce I'm afraid the fires will consume me.
Edit: I loathe CARNAVAL - Brazilian version Mardi Gras full of drunks, murders and DUI. Not the HBO series CARNIVALE.
